Young Stars takes lead courtesy Jalaj Saxena’s century

Jalaj Saxena’s 110 (222b, 10×4) helped Young Stars take the first innings lead against India Pistons on day two of the TNCA I division match here on Tuesday. Saxena and Tushar Raheja (67) added 123 for the fifth wicket.
U. Mukilesh, who started the day on 94, slammed his maiden first division ton (139, 197b, 17×4, 2×6) to help Alwarpet post 401 against Globe Trotters. In reply Trotters ended the day on 127 for two.
At MAC, N.S. Chaturved slammed 116 to help AG’s Office take the first innings lead over UFCC (T. Nagar). At VB-Nest, no play was possible due to wet outfield in the match between Jolly Rovers and Nelson.
