Young Chess Champions showcased their talent in Junior Chess Tournament

Chess Tournament commenced at the GBN Senior Secondary Vidyalaya of Faridabad region finally marks its end on Sunday. In the U19 boys catergory Madhav Mittal tops the game and in the Girls category matches Lavanya Arora was declared as the winner.
U15 category boys’ chess tournament named Garv as the winner and in girls Yashna Vaishnavi earned the top spot. U 13 matches of the tournament named Sarthak Mittal and Akshita Mittal as the winner of the competition. State’s Sports Official Mary awarded the winning trophy to all the winners and the runner-ups.
While distributing the prize amongst the winners, Mary mentioned that the State’s Sports Authority is working hard to offer great platform to all the sports categories. Further she added that due to the top notch facility offered by the state’s government, Faridabad players are commanding their great performances in different sports categories.
