YoGems U14 Invitational Cricket Tournament 2016 a big hit among kids

“YoGems U14 Invitational Cricket Tournament 2016” at JBM Global School, A 11, Sector 132, Noida – Gr. Noida Expressway, Noida and Smashtress Cricket Ground, Sector 122, Noida has been started and will continue till 9th Dec 2016.
Group A match held today at JBM Global School, A 11, Sector 132, Noida – Gr. Noida Expressway, Noida between Shiv Nadar and Step By Step School in which Step By Step won the toss and chose to field. Step By Step School won the match by 9 wickets and scored 14 runs for 1 wicket. Zaheb Khan of Step by Step secured the title of Player of the Match by taking 7 wickets. Shiv Nadar scored 13 runs(all out) in 8 overs.
Second match (Group B) held at Smashtress Cricket Ground, Sector 122, Noida between St. Teresa School and Sarla Chopra DAV School in which St. Teresa School won the toss and chose to bat. St. Teresa School won the match by 52 runs and scored 187 runs for 6 wickets in 25 overs. Mayank Prajapati of St. Teresa secured the title of Player of the Match by scoring 35 runs (not out) and taking 1 wicket. Sarla Chopra DAV School scored 135 runs.
Second match held at Group B match held yesterday at, Smashtress Cricket Ground, Sector 122, Noida between Sarla Chopra DAV School and Ryan International School in which Ryan International won the toss and chose to field. Sarla Chopra DAV won the match by 14 runs and scoring 121 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs. Shivam Yadav of Sarla Chopra DAV secured the title of Player of the Match by taking 5 wickets. Ryan International scored 107 runs(all out) in 20 overs and lost the match.
Group A match held today at, JBM Global School, A 11, Sector 132, Noida – Gr. Noida Expressway, Noida between Amity International School and JBM Global School in which JBM won the toss and chose to bat. Amity International won the match by 5 wickets and scored 92 runs for 5 wickets in 17 overs. Dev Khaneja of Amity International secured the position of Player of the Match by scoring 28 runs and took 1 wicket. JBM scored 91 runs by 7 wickets in 18.4 overs.
Semi-final and final matches will be played on 8th and 9th Dec 2016, respectively.
