YoGems Inter-School U-14 Cricket League won by Amity International school

In the final match of YoGems Inter-School U-14 Cricket League played between Billabong High International School and Amity International School, Amity International won by 9 wickets. After winning the toss, Amity International School decided to bowl. Billabong High International School could score only 65 runs losing 9 wickets in the allocated 20 overs.
Adhikansh Bhardwaj scored 17 runs and was the highest scorer. Himkesh Baskar scored 15 runs. Shuarya Pratap Singh took 4 wickets. His bowling figures was: 3-1-7-4. Chasing the total of 66 runs, Amity International School reached the target in 8th over. Krish Bhalla and Rushil Pandey started the innings. Krish made 21 runs in 19 balls and was not out till the end. Himkesh Baskar took the wicket of Rushil Pandey.
Parv Gupta then cruised Amity till the end by scoring 37 runs in just 22 balls. He scored 8 boundaries in his innings. Shaurya Pratap Singh was declared the player of the match.
Dev Khaneja of Amity International School was declared the Player of the tournament. He bowled impressive figures: 16 overs – 3 maidens – 41 runs – 10 wickets. He also scores 58 runs in the tournament and his highest total was 35 (not out).
Udayan Vikash Jain of Step By Step School won the best Batsman award. In 4 innings, he scored 180 runs with average of 90. He scored 2 half centuries and the 67 (not out) was his highest score in an inning.
Sanskar Agarwal of Amity International won the Emerging Bowler of the tournament. In 4 innings, he bowled 11.2 overs – 1 maidens – 70 runs – 9 wickets. He took 5 wickets haul in one of the innings. He is the only player to do so.
Aadi Krishna of Step by Step School won the best captain award.
YoGems CEO Mr. Damnish Kumar and CTO Mr. Puneet Mathur gave the trophies and the medals to all the winners. Mr. Rawat, coach of Amity International School and Mr. Rajan, coach of Billabong High International School a long with parents of the players were present during the ceremony.
