Woodball Championship: Chandigarh University continues their dominance

Hosts Chandigarh University (CU), Gharuan, bagged the gold medal in the men’s team competition on the third day of the All India Inter-University Woodball Championship in Mohali yesterday.
The CU team comprising Vashish, Sahildeep, Abhishek, Rohit, Jatin, Vishav, Anil and Vijay took 213 strokes to complete 12 gates. Shringee, Mohd Shakir, Manish, Satyam, Pankaj, Vedprakash, Rohit and Lokendra from Kalinga University, Chhattisgarh, finished a couple of strokes behind in second place, while the University of Patanjali (226), Haridwar, and RTM Nagpur (231) shared the third place.
