Varun name now in India book of record

Varun Sharma of Nawada Rasulpur located in Sector-62 was recorded in the India Book of Records. He achieved this feat by continuously Paschimottanasana for 1 hour 27 minutes. Earlier his name has been recorded in the Golden Book. This student of Indus valley School was honored by Dr. Mahesh Sharma, local MP.

Varun Sharma has been practicing yoga for almost four years. He has held meetings (penal meetings) more than 500 consecutive times. Varun and his sister Nisha Sharma, 12 years, practice yoga for 3 hours every day. The sister’s name has also been recorded in the Golden Book. Varun set a world record in Paschimottasan a month ago in Meerut. After this, an application was made to get the name registered in the India Book of Records. Many people were present at the function including their instructor Sarvesh Upadhyay. The Adarsh ​​Merchants Welfare Committee Nawada Rasulpur also honored Varun on this achievement. The office bearers of the committee distributed bags and books of needy children on the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
