Uttrakhand region announces women team for All India Football Championship

Uttrakhand region has finally finalized the list of women football players of the region for the 24th Senior National Women Football Championship. The tournament will be played in between 20 September to 01 October in Orrisa.
Uttranchal Football Association has named 20 members team after organising Selection Camp in Haldwani Stadium from 5 September to 14 September.
As per the list available from State’s Football Association Suruchi, Neha Rawat, Ankita Rubela and Ambika Rawat of Pauri region has find their selection. Manisha Palriya, Sagrika Shah, Pratistha Shah were selected from Uttarkashi region. Diksha Upadhyay, Vinita Joshi and Hema Joshi got the opportunity from the Pithhrorhagarh region. Himani, Meenakshi, Anita Rawat, Bhagwati Chauhan, Geeta Singh, Meena Devali, Sonali Bisht, Pinki Papnoi, Khushboo Sharma were the other players from the region who were selected for the AIF Championship.
Team will be managed by Nitika Aswal and Ram Krishna Bahera is named as Coach and Akram Khan was declared as the Assistant Coach.
