Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS), India’s largest football training program, is launching its first football residential academy – BBFS Residential Academy at Vedas International School in Greater Gurgaon (Sohna), Haryana, India.

Aspiring football players born between January 01, 2003 and December 31, 2007 will be eligible for attend the trails for the academy which take place on Sunday (25th March) at the Dr. Ambedkar Stadium, Delhi Gate, Delhi 7 am onwards.

Interested students can register for the trials on www.bbfs.in/academy.

Through this residential setup, BBFS intends to create an environment which would help the academy students get the right tools and education to perform at the highest level of footballing competition in India and a platform towards achieving their goal of becoming a professional footballer player with the premier football clubs of India (ISL and I-league clubs) and abroad.

The residential academy will also ensure these academy players receive quality education and academics training to ensure they can appear for higher studies post graduating from the academy.

Some of the primary facilities which BBFS Residential Academy will offer in the first year are 2 full size natural turfs, in-house CBSE schooling for students, additional private tutoring, separate accommodation for academy students, fully equipped gym, mess, recreation zone, etc.

BBFS Residential Academy will offer limited seats in the U13, U15 age groups and will be a paid residential program. The trials being conducted in Delhi is also to invite the most talented players in the region to try for a partial or full scholarship at the academy offering scholarships worth over 40lks in total.

The purpose of the trials is to scout the best talent who would get a chance to join the upcoming residential academy. A team of coaches from BBFS will conduct the trails for interested students aged between 11 and 15 years (who are currently studying in class 5 to class 8 and are seeking admissions in class 6 to class 9).
