Talent hunt ‘YoGems Badminton Championship 2018’ enters conclusive date

YoGems yet another time successfully hosts paper-less Badminton Championship for the year 2018 in Faridabad. The ‘YoGems Badminton Championship 2018′ witnessed great response from the spectators and the participating students. Championship starting from 28th July enters the decider day at the Vidit Badminton Academy located in Sector-86, Faridabad.

Students in both Boys and Girls category from different schools in the Delhi and NCR region showcased their talent in the synthetic court. On Day 1 (28th July) all Boys’ category geared up for their individual games, the Day 2 (29th July) offered favorable chances to all Girls’ category participants.

Results for the Final Day:
U 19 Category Semifinal (Boys)- Rahul Yadav earns ticket to final against Kushaan Sethi with scores 13-15 and 14-15 . In the other semi-final match for the same category Rishab surpasses Shreyanshu’s challenge by winning with 9-15 and 14-15.

U 19 Category Finals (Boys)- Rahul Yadav stunned the audience with great show in the finals by winning great match against Rishab with scoreline (21-16) and (21-15)

U 17 Category Semifinals (Boys)- The match favored Paras Sikka against Kshitij Kataria with 15-10 and 15-13 scoreline, Rakshak surpassed Krishna Makkar challenge in other semi-final with 15-9 and 15-7 scores.

U 17 Category Finals (Boys)- Rakshak emerged as the winner in the final stage tournament and earned lead 13-21 and 8-21

U 17 Category Semifinals (Girls)- The category announces Koyal Chandila (7-15, 15-13 and 15-9) and Ranya Rana (12-15, 5-15) as the finalist.

U 17 Category Finals (Girls)- Rayana Rana showed great skill in finals and wins match against Koyal with scoreline 13-21 and 5-21.

U 15 Category Semifinal (Boys)- The match labeled Kashish Rawat (13-15, 7-15) and Samarth Sharma (14-15,12-15) as the finalist from their individual semifinal games.

U 15 Category Final (Boys)- Samratha Sharma wins his solo badminton title in a close match against Kashish Rawat with scoreline (21-19, 8-21 and 11-21)

U 15 Category Semifinal (Girls)- Ranya Rana overpowered Meera Madhwal with 15-5 and 15-4 scoreline, the other semi-final in same category announced Naina Chauhan as the winner against Ragini Jain with comprehensive lead 13-15 and 13-15.

U 15 Category Final (Girls)- Ranya Rana maintained her cool in the finals and attained 21-16 and 21-09 win against Naina Chauhan

U 13 Category Semifinals (Boys)- The decider match announced Ishmeet Singh (15-8,15-6) and Himanshu Chadhary (15-8,13-15 and 11-15) as the finalist contestants.

U 13 Category Finals (Boys)- Himanshu Chaudhary blazed good game against Ishmeet Singh to hold the title with 12-21 and 18-21.

U 13 Category Semifinal (Girls)- The game progressed Ragini Jain (15-11,15-13) and Sanvie Anand (15-6,15-14) journey towards the final.

U 13 Category Final (Girls)- Sanvie Anand gains charge against Ragini Jain and wins categorry in close match with scoreline 10-21, 21-18 and 17-21.

U 11 Category Semifinal (Boys)- In the game Shaurya Pratham (9-15) and (12-15) along with Ishmeet Singh (15-5) and (15-14) formed the lineup for the finals.

U 11 Category Finals (Boys)- Ishmeet Singh surpasses final’s tention to win game against Shaurya Pratham with (6-21) and (19-21) points.

U 11 Category Semifinal (Girls)- The second to final matches formed great results for Baruni Parswal (8-15) and Riddhima Suhag (7-15) to try their luck in final match.

U 11 Category Final (Girls)- Riddhima Suhag played highly tensed match against Baruni Parswal and attained (24-26), (21-17) and (14-21) points win in the category.

U 9 Category Semi Final (Boys)- Arnav Sharma and Priyanshu Singh entered the final league in the youngest category.

U 9 Category Final (Boys)- Priyanshu Singh emerges as the winner in the youngest category by earning points tally (11-21) and (9-21)

U 9 Category Final (Girls)- Ashmati Rawat attains top positioning against Gauri Kalla with 11-21 and 17-21 scoreline.
