Siblings playing the same sport is common but both of them going on to represent the country is a very rare occurrence. Add to that the fact that they might even break the world record. Something of a fairy-tale occurred to the Campbell sisters, Cate and Bronte. Together with teammates Shayna Jack and Emma McKeon, they broke the world record in the 4×100 metres freestyle on their way to gold.

They were not at all surprised by the achievement. “I think as perfectionists we can always look for the next thing and we don’t stop and appreciate the incredible moments when they happen and this is one of those rare incredible moments.” Said Cate.
