Suyash bags double crown at AITF ranking tennis

Rajender Nagar’s DLF school player came at the top in recently concluded AITF ranking Tennis Tournament. Tournament was held in Haryana’s Rohtak between 18th to 22th November. Suyash Chaudhary of DLF Sahibabad was clearly the star of the tournament as she bagged double title including Under-16 & Under-18.
Tennis coach Aanand Bhajeria informed that in Under-16 Suyash first defeated Somarita by 6-2 & 6-1. In pre quarter final she again defeated her opponent in straight sets which was Saumya this time by 6-3 & 6-4. In semi -final, she cruised past Yashika, 6-1 & 6-2. In final, Delhi’s Meenakshi had no answers for Suyash overpowered forehands and backhands as she sank her challenge, 6-3 & 6-3. The thing to notice was Suyash never lost a set in whole campaign of U-16.
Inh Under-18, she first defeated Divya by 6-3 & 6-2. In pre Quarter round, Kavya was again no match for her, as she breeze past her, 6-0 & 6-1.
Semifinal saw photocopy scoreline of earlier match, as again Suyash dominated her opponent, Aakriti 6-0 & 6-1. In Final again Meenakshi ahd to settle for her second silver as Suyash became double Gold medalist by 6-4 & 6-1. It was another utter domination by Suyash against her opponents, whom she showed no mercy. Point to note again was, she didn’t lose any Set during her double trophy hunt.
