Students of DPS R.K Puram represents India in NASA Research Event

Students of DPS School located in the R.K Puram region has showcased great talent in the recently concluded talent hunt event at the NASA center. 12 members team from the school has named the prestigious International Space Settlement Design Tournament in their favour and won the top spot.
In the valuable competition, more than 30 schools from around the world filed their nomination for participation. It is the first occasion on part of NASA that any team of Indian students have won such event at international level.
After winning same competition organised for Asia Level, the school was later promoted to the International Level to represent the whole bunch of Asian countries. The 12 member team represented their design in the well-acclaimed Kennedy Space Center in Florida on the theme ‘Ways to Settle Earth’s Population on Moon by 2043 .
Principal of the school Vanita Sehgal appreciating the effort of students has mentioned that the International Award for Research offered by NASA is very precious for the school.
