St Paul School students grabbed overall trophy

Hosts of the Swimming Competition held at the regional level in Ludhiana, Sat Paul Mittal School emerged as the ace spot gainer in all the events and clinching the overall trophy. Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC) Regional Swimming Competition commenced on Thursday. Over 70 different ICSE School students were the participants of this one-day competition, during the course of tournament they all showcased their stamina and speed under the water.

Participants of the hosting school grabbed the top position in all the categories event in order to finish the competition amongst 70 schools by remaining at the top. Principal Bhupinder Gogia congratulated all the participants and the winners for their achievements and wish them great success and health in future.

50m Free-style (senior boys)- Jasrat Singh from Sat Paul School (First), Arshpreet Singh Holy Heart Presidency School, Amritsar (Second) and Rahul Sharma from Sacred Heart Convent School, Jamalpur (Third).

50m butterfly (senior boys)- Bikramjeet Singh from Sat Paul Mittal School (First), Tanuj Sharma from Holy Heart Presidency School (Second) and Shavonpal Singh from Sacred Heart Convent School (Third).

100m Free-style (senior boys)- Saksham Thakur from Sat Paul School (First), Arshpreet Singh from Holy heart Presidency School (Second) and Mantez Singh from Holy Heart Presidency School (Third).

100m backstroke (junior girls)- Navika Sharma from Sat Paul Mittal School (First), Ria Khosla from Sat Paul Mittal School (Second) and Tanisha from Holy Heart Presidency School (Third).
