St John boys blank Mount Carmel, 3-0

In the boys’ U-14 inter-school football tournament, St John’s High School, Sector 26, blanked Mount Carmel School, Sector 47, 3-0.
Kabir scored the first goal for St John’s in the 10th minute. Anish Sharma doubled the lead in the 20th minute, while Sarthak Arora made it 3-0 for the side in the 35th minute.
In another match, Chitkara International School, Sector 25, registered a 2-0 win over Stepping Stones School, Sector 37. Aryan (25th) and Madhav (30th) scored a goal apiece for Chitkara.
St Anne’s School, Sector 32, beat GMHS, Sector 38, 3-2 on penalties. Darun, Anirudh and Krishmoy scored a goal each for St Anne’s, while Ankiet and Tushar converted for the GMHS, Sector 38.
