Smart Girl Fide Rating Chess Tournament; Rishita on top

Rishita Sinha of Guwahati, Tanisha AR Som of Jorhat and Sneha Haldar of West Bengal are leading the table by scoring four points each after completion of the fourth round in the Smart Girl Fide Rating Chess Tournament being organised by Guwahati Chess Association and recognised by World Chess Federation and All India Chess Federation.
Adreeja Sinha of Guwahati, Junmoni Gogoi of Jorhat, Unmilita Pathak of Guwahati and Twinkle Patgiri of Tinsukia are following the leaders with 3.5 points from same number of rounds.
Altogether 78 players from West Bengal, Tripura, Jharkhand, Odisha and Assam are participating in the tournament. The tournament is being organised at the South Point School here from July 27. M Arun Singh, Fide arbiter is conducting the tournament as chief arbiter and he is being assisted by Salina Masum, Fide arbiter as deputy arbiter.
