ShootingShooting World Cup

The Indian contingent remained medal less on the first 2 days of the Shooting World Cup being held in South Korea. On the third day, Shahzar Rizvi bagged a silver in the men’s 10m air pistol event. The world record holder had won gold earlier in the year in Mexico.

He won silver this time around scoring 239.8, a minuscule 0.2 less than the gold medal winner Artem Chernousov of Russia. It seems that other shooters are still reeling from the hangover of the Commonwealth Games.
