SD Memorial school bags the double crown in Kabaddi

SD Memorial Higher Secondary School, Karwanda emerged winner in under-14 and under-16 titles of an Inter-school Kabaddi Tournament organised by Project Model Higher Secondary School in the school premises at Pamposh Colony, Janipur in Jammu on Wednesday.
In under-16 final, SD Memorial Higher Secondary School Karwanda defeated Sky Sports Club while in under-14 section, SD Memorial Higher Secondary School boys defeated Tiger Sports Club to claim the winner’s trophy.
In U-16 section, Ansh Kumar was adjudged as the Player of the Match and the Player of the Tournament while Vishal Kumar was adjudged as the Player of the match and the Player of the Tournament in the U-14 group.
Corporator Ward 38 Surinder Sharma was the guest of Honour, who was accompanied by the Principal of the host school, appreciated the role of the students in achieving national goals and encourage them to touch new heights with their hard work.
