Sardar Singh back in National Reckoning for India’s Hockey team

2 months after being left out of the squad for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, former India captain Sardar Singh was included in the probables camp which will practice in Bangalore. The list will be further pruned down to 18 individuals after the camp concludes on May 18th.
The team had returned without a medal from the CWG for the first time since 2006 as it finished 4th in the competition losing to both England and New Zealand in the knockout stage.
