Ramagya School and Billbong reached Semifinals, Modern School started with Win

In Gaurs School Cricket League, In Group B, Ramagya school topped the points table and reached to semifinals. In Group C, Billabong topped the point table and will play in semifinal.
Two matches were played today.
Billabong School Vs St. Teresa School
Both the team were playing good in this tournament, St. Teresa won the toss and decided to field. Billabong started their inning very well, their openers give a good start. Uttkarsh Suri scored 20 and Tanav Maggu scored 28. Billabong made 119/6 in 20 overs. Sajal and Devaskshu took 2 wickets each.
St. Teresa didn’t started well, their openers didn’t score much run, but Rahul Sharma played brilliantly and set the chase. Rahul scored 51 and the match was looking in favor of St. Teresa but other batsman couldn’t take the pressure and team made 101 in 20 overs. Akshat Negi took 3 wickets. It was a very close match.
Akshat was declared man of the match for his bowling.
Cambridge School Vs Modern School, Delhi
Cambridge school won the toss and decided to bat first. Cambridge school scored 72 runs. Navneet Singh scored 30 runs and Aditya scored 10 runs. Vishesh Kapoor took 4 wickets and Akshit took 3 wickets.
Modern School chsed the target in 11 overs, Ansh Kashyap scored 27 runs and Aryan scored 16. Laksya took two wickets.
Vishesh Kapoor was declated man of the match.
