Players showcase their skills at Mission Tandrust Punjab Tournament

Mission Tandrust Punjab Tournament is going on which is organized by the Ludhiana district sports department under the directions of the state government. Ravinder Singh, DSO, Ludhiana told that players took part in various competitions, which held at sub- centres of the department throughout the district in addition to Guru Nanak Stadium. Matches of badminton league and gymnastics took place in Bhaini Sahib and AS Modern School, Khanna.
Badminton boys U-19 and girls U-17 Government Senior Secondary School, Kotala players defeat hosts Satgur Partap Singh Academy (2-0). In gymnastics in boys categories Sachin came first in table vault event and Tushar came second and Usman came third. In roman rings event Usman came first followed by Sachin and Tushar respectively.
In girls category Lovepreet came first followed by Kajal and Pooja respectively in floor exercise. In balancing beam competition Kajal came first, Lovepreet second and Shivani bagged the third position.
