Panchkula- District Roller Skating Championship from September 28

The Panchkula Roller Skating Association will conduct the District Roller Skating Championship at Blue Bird High School, Sector 16, from September 28-29. During the championship, the sports body will also select skaters to represent the district in the Haryana State Roller Skating Championship, the sports body said in Panchkula.
Only those players registered under the guidelines of the Roller Skating Federation of India will be eligible to participate in the event, the sports body added.
In another event, Chandigarh Shatranj Parents Association will organise the 19th Open and Category Chess Tournament at the Chandigarh Golf Club from September 28. The interested players need to register for the championship before September 27, the organisers said on Tuesday.
