Noida’s Divya Kakran vying for Gold at the Gold Coast

Noida College of Physical Education student Diyva Kakran will be vying for a medal in wrestling at the Commonwealth Games in Australia. The 19-year-old would take part in the women’s 68kg freestyle category. She will be joined by the women’s coach Alka Tomar who herself was a student of Noida College of Physical Education.
Kakran has recently won a gold in the 2017 Commonwealth Wrestling Championships. She is the prime contender for the gold this time as well.
