Noida’s Aryan showcasing his talent at Spanish Club; CD LEGANES

Aryan Gupta of Noida Sector 44 is selected to represent Spanish first division club; CD Leganes in Under 23 tournaments for season 2018-2019, club announced. This player who started playing football at the age of 5, has won many accolades in various national and international tournaments for himself and his team. And now he will be hoping to do it again for his new team and teammates.
But it’s not the first time that Aryan is playing for a Spanish club, earlier Aryan represented two clubs but in the second division. Those were Alcarcon in 2017 while representing their Under-18 side and in 2018 while playing for UB Conquense, Under-23 side. He is also the 4th Indian player ever to play in Spanish League. Aryan started training at an early age from Steve McMahon football Academy. Not only Leganes, but Aryan father said that his son has got impressive offers from the big clubs of both ISL and I-League to play from their team. Situation is un-cleared for now regarding Aryan future club , but his father further added that he has got many hopes for his son and hope he does well in the future.
Aryan has joined the club to fulfill the position of Second forward or central forward. But due to his versatility on the field, Aryan could play on both right and left wing according to the match situation which is an asset for any team and coach. By playing in these positions, Aryan has won many laurels for his school team at national and CBSE level. While representing his school which is APJ at cluster level; he helped them to win East zone for the very first time which resulted in qualifying for the National level. Aryan performance was also on showcase while playing in SGFI. Apart from this, he has also played in various tournaments of countries like Sweden and Spain. Aryan father Mohit Gupta says that his son inspiration to start football came from Olympic medalist Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. He added Rathore is a very good friend of him and he always gives tips related to game to Aryan.
CD Leganes is one of the oldest clubs in Spainsh First Division League which is also known as LaLiga. Club was formed in 1928 and currently playing in the top division. Club also has the team in various age categories like Senior Team, Under18, Under23 etc.
