Noida DPS team dominates Day 01 of National Inter-DPS Girls Swimming Championship

On the Day 01 of the National Level Inter-DPS girls Swimming Competition, DPS Noida swimmers clinches mostly Gold medal in the event.Event commencing at DPS Sector 30 has registered immense popularity and DPS students from all-over India marks their entry in the competition.
Day 01 of the event was named for DPS Noida region girls as they grabbed total 72 score, DPS Greater Noida falling short of the top spot claimed 56 points and R.K Puram region swimmers attained 28 points in the tournament. Greater Noida’s Arya Singh claimed 21 points followed by Alia from DPS Noida with 21 and Asmita Karmakar with 15 points.
In 200 meter Individual category battle, Alia Singh from Noida DPS grabbed gold. 100m free-style and Butterfly competition counted Navya Singhal’s name as the top spot gainer. In 50m Back and 100m Breast Stroke Alia collects gold medal in the event. In 100m relay race, the host team’s swimmers claimed the gold medal.
The Swimming tournament was inaugurated by DPS Society Director Dr. D.R Saini. On this special occasion DPS Noida Principal Kamini Bhasin also marked her presence.
