NN Singha Inter District Girls School Football Championship begins in Guwahati city

NN Singha Inter District Girls School Football Championship got under way in different venues in the city today. The inaugural function was held at the Nehru Stadium and star sprinter Hima Das attended the function as the chief guest. She was later also introduced to the players.
Several matches were held on the opening day of the competition.
