Netball trials on January 4

Netball Sports Promotion Association will on Friday conduct trials to select the Chandigarh boys’ and girls’ team for the 31st Junior Netball National Championship to be held at the Punjab Sports Academy, Maher Khana, Bathinda, from January 27-30. The trials will be held at The British School, Sector 44, the organisers said here on Monday. Players born on or after April 1, 2000, will be eligible to participate in the trials, they said, adding that the interested players should be residents of Chandigarh. The trials will begin at 3 pm.
