National Taekwondo: Gurugram’s Kartik & Deepika shine in Rajasthan

65th National School Taekwondo games which are currently being held at Rajasthan witnessed Gurugram’s two players generating a dominant performance and winning the medals. Almost 500 players from 29 states took part in this championship. Coach Kulwant Singh confirmed that both the medals came in the Under-14 category. In boys 41Kg weight category Kartik Singh bagged Gold for the city in a proper dominant fashion. And in Girls 26Kg weight category Deepika bagged silver for the city.
This championship was held from 2nd January to 5th January in Rajasthan’s Alwar.
After reaching in Gurugram, players were welcomed on the behalf of the sports department.
