Mangaldai to host Inter District Archery meet

The postponed 17th Inter District Senior Archery tournament (Men & Women), earlier scheduled on January 21, 22 and 23 last, has been rescheduled on February 25, 26 and 25 next at Mangaldai College Playground. Earlier, All Assam Archery Association (AAAA) in its meeting had decided to organize the tournament at Mangaldai under the aegis of Darrang District Archery Association (DDAA). President of DDAA cum Superintendent of Police Er Sushanta Biswa Sarma and General Secretary Pratap Bardoloi have appealed all section of the society of Darrang district to extend help and cooperation for the smooth management of this state level Archery championship to be organized in Darrang for the first time. The AAAA has already granted its affiliation to the newly formed DDAA.
