Yuvraj Hara, a student of Class XI at Delhi Public School, Khanna, in Ludhiana district, cornered glory by winning golf tourney held in Noida.

Yuvraj, an upcoming golfer, was declared joint winner in the Indian Golf Union (IGU) Amateur North Zone Golf Tournament held from August 28 to August 30 at Jaypee Greens Wish Town Golf Course, Noida, in Uttar Pradesh, wherein he shared top honours with two other participants.

Yuvraj and Sachin Chauhan scored 125 points each while Shubham Jaglan with 126 points were tied at the top and were declared joint winners.

Yuvraj has been performing exceptionally well and is one of the longest ball hitters in the game of golf among young golfers for which he has established himself as an upcoming talented player.

He owes his success to his school authorities who have provided facilities at the DPS Golf Academy where the children are trained and prepared for the competitions under the watchful eyes of Arjuna awardee Harmeet Kahlon and Manjit Kochhar, a certified golf professional from the US.
