Ludhiana’s lad aims gold at Czech Republic meet

Arjun Singh Cheema, the student from the Om Prakash Bansal Modern School in Mandi Gobindgarh clinched gold medal along with several other medals at the 28th Shooting Hope Meet commenced at Plzen, Czech Republic.
Arjun pours limelight over the school and the national side by finishing the event amongst the position holders of the tournament. Riding high on his ability and skill, Arjun won a gold medal in the individual as well as in the team event for 50-meter free pistol event.
The young shooter also bagged a silver medal in the 40-meter air pistol event in all respective categories.
Sangeeta Sharma, the principal of Om Prakash Bansal Modern School applauded the achievements of young achiever from the school and also mentioned that the school will organize a special event to cherish the victory of Arjun Singh.
