Karate player from Vaishali collected 7 medals

Karate players of Vaishali Sector 3 Shaheed Bhagat Singh Academy of Martial Arts have showcased action-packed performance in the NCR independence Cup Karate Championship 2018.
Players from the academy have collected total 7 medals from different categories in the prestigious tournament. All the matches for the Independence Day Cup were carried out in the Mary Christian Senior Secondary School located in the Shalimar Extension Part 2.
Coach Pravin Chahal explaining about the tournament mentioned that total 500 students from different NCR School participated in the tournament. Students from academy performed extremely well throughout the tournament and gained 7 crucial medals in the tournament. In 30kg U10 category girls category, Charu Singh claimed gold, in 30 kg U10 category boys’ category Ahaan Giri bagged gold for the academy.
In addition to these top performances, 5 yr old Krishna Chauhan earns gold in 21kg boys’ category matches, 9 yr old Nilaksh Jay Bhatt claimed bronze in the 25 kg category, 9 yr old Vedik Goyal wins a bronze medal in 24 kg category event.
