Kabaddi championship commenced at the Noida Stadium

Eight matches were played at Noida Stadium on Monday in the Anugraha Narayan Memorial Inter School Kabaddi Competition. The day witnessed many exciting matches of the competition and the final of the same will be played on 12th of December.
In the first match of the day in Kabaddi, Savitribai Phule Girls Inter School defeated Indian Adarsh Vedic Girls Inter College Tilapata 60-38 in a one-sided match. SD Kanya Inter College Ghanghola defeated St. Hood Convent School Dadri 45-07. Modern School Sector-11 defeated RK Modern School 41-13. Marigold Public School defeated Karl Huber School Noida 48-17.
GGIC Hoshiarpur defeated Rockwood School 23–0 in a one-sided match. Nehru International Public School easily defeated Manav Rachna International School by 42-02. HL International School defeated SD Kanya Inter College 44-10.The last match was a thrilling contest between Oxford Green Public School and Kumar Public High School. In this match, Kumar Public High School defeated Oxford Green Public School by 67/59.
The winning team of Kabaddi competition will get cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh. 25 girls kabaddi teams are taking part in this competition. Football competition has also been played before.
Football and Kabaddi finals both will be held on 12th December. The organizer of the competition Rajan Srivastava said that the competition is being organized under Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao program. During this, Rajesh, Ajay Sharma, Yashoda, Karunesh Sharma, etc were in charge of the Noida Stadium.
