J&K Master Badminton Championship ends

The J&K State Masters Badminton Championship organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Badminton Association concluded at Badminton hall, Indoor Sports Complex MA Stadium, in Jammu on Wednesday.
In the closing ceremony, Ravi Singh, Divisional Sports Officer, J&K State Sports Council was the Chief Guest who distributed prizes among the winner and runner-up players.
SINGLE 35 plus: Purna Chand beat Vipen Sharma 2-0 (21-17, 21-19); 40 plus: Gurvinder Singh beat Puran Chand 2-0 (21-12, 21-16); 45 plus: Lalit Parkash beat Daljit Singh 2-0 (21-14, 21-12); 50 plus: Vivek Singh Slathia beat Ramesh Sharma 2-1 (21-23, 21-16,21-19); 55 plus: Ramesh Sharma beat Sunil Gurkha 2-0 (21-10, 21-12); 60 plus: Anil Gurkha beat Balbir Singh 2-0 (21-19, 21-14); 65 plus: Balbir Jamwal beat K.D.S Jamwal 2-0 (21-10, 21-8); 70 plus: R.K Sodi beat P.D Singh 2-0 (14-21, 18-21).
