Inter-School Squash championship: Strawberry High school win twin titles

Strawberry Fields High School, Sector 26, won the boys’ U-19 and U-17 titles in the inter-school squash championship here today. The side beat hosts Government Model High School (GMHS), Sector 43, with an identical score of 2-0 in both the finals.
Earlier, in the boys’ U-14 semifinals, GMHS, Sector 43, registered a 2-1 win over St Anne’s School, Sector 32, while Strawberry Fields got the better of St John’s High School, Sector 26.
In Badminton: Gurukul Global School, Mani Majra, blanked Stepping Stones, Sector 37, 2-0 in the inter-school badminton championship for U-14 boys. In the last three matches of the day, St John’s High School, Sector 26, defeated New Public School, Sector 18, Delhi Public School edged past GMHS, Sector 43, and Shishu Niketan School, Sector 43, defeated Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS), Sector 23.
