Inter-School football: Indus Valley girls edge past DAV 3-2

The Girls Inter school football & Kabaddi tournament kick starts at Noida Stadium. This competition is being organised by the contribution of Chitragupta Sabha Trust, Noida and Shri Narayan Sanskritik Chetna Nyas alike.
First day of the tournament had 4 matches in total. The inauguration of this tournament was done by Father of Late Captain Sashikant Sharma, Flight Lieutenant JP Sharma.
This competition is 8 day long where girls from almost 24 schools are participating. And almost 25 Teams are participating in this Shri Ram Anugrah Narayan Memorial Inter-School Memorial Inter-School Girls football & Kabaddi tournament.
In the first match of the day, Indus Valley Girls played a thriller against DAV by defeating them 3-2. Setting up the tempo for further matches. Second match was rather one sided as Aster Public School thrashed Silver Goal Dale challenge by 3-0. The third match of the day between Oxford Green Public School and HL International was rather cagey as Oxford school came at the top in a 1-0, encounter.
Its expected that 9 matches will be played today at Noida stadium.
The winning team of this competition will be awarded with 1,20,000INR.
