Inter-School, athletics tournament started at Vishva- Bharti school

Players competed in various events including races in the competition held at Visva-Bharati School, Sector-28. Some events are also schedule for tomorrow.
Kanishka Tomar of Visva-Bharati School finished first in the 1500 meter race. Mohammed Kap of Cambridge School Greater Noida was ranked second. Vishwabharati’s Sarthak Katiyar finished third.
In the girls category, Vishwabharati’s Shambhavi Vidya took the first place. Avni of Amity School was second and Soham of DPS Noida stood third. Harsh Saini of Visva-Bharati won the boys category of discus throw. Second place was won by Vidhar Singh of Cambridge and third place was Vaibhav Srivastava. Muskan Sharma of Cambridge School topped the girls’ shot put. Second place went to Tanisha of Modern School. In the third place, Lakshita of the host school.
Siddharth of Vishwa Bharati School Greater Noida won the 60 meter race. Divyansh Taksali got the third place. In girls category, Janhvi Chaudhary of Amity School got the first place. Ananya Singh of this school got the second place. Sagun finished third. Aman Singh of Modern School topped the Long Jump. Akshat of Indus Valley got second and Prashant Yadav got third place. The girls of Vishwa Bharati School finished first in the 4 X 400 meter relay race. The competition was inaugurated by Veera Pandey, Principal of Vishva-Bharati School.
