India’s U-19 cricket team clinches match against Sri Lanka with an innings and 21 runs in First Youth Test

India playing their first youth test against Sri Lanka in Colombo’s Under-19 category formed a dominant win in the match with an inning and 29 runs in the match.
Nishan Madsuka’s ton stand of 103 runs was not able to form a favorable result for Sri Lankan side in the match as the innings for Sri Lankan side wrapped up with a score of 324 runs in the second innings of the match. India’s bowling unit showed some great skill in the match, as Mohit emerged as India’s best bowler in the match attaining 5 scalps in the match against the hosts. Ayush Badoni was the other star player in the second innings who aimed 2 crucial wickets in the match.
Indian U-19 star player Arjun Tendulkar showed mixed up performance but was able to accredit total 2 wickets in the whole match; on the other hand Tendulkar was not able to bat with full grace like his father. He achieved duck in his single show-up in the match after playing 12 dot balls against Sri Lanka.
In first innings play, Indian bowling side folded down Sri Lanka’s batting performance with just 244 runs on board and scored mammoth 589 runs in that innings to clearly show their dominance in the game.
