India wins Asian Women’s Kabaddi Competition

Kathmandu hosted the Asian Women’s Kabaddi Competition from 6th May to 8th May 2018. India won the tournament beating Nepal, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia enroot to the victory, Pooja Sen, a resident of Palwal, played an important role in the final. She was welcomed with garlands on her return to her village. She had earlier participated in a number of tournaments at the state and national level.
