India will not play Day- night Test match in Adelaide

B.C.C.I. has decided not to play the Adelaide test match as a day night contest on India’s tour of Australia in 2018-19. Cricket Australia has tried to persuade the Indian board to allow it to hold its annual Day night test match. However, the B.C.C.I. conveyed that it would take a few years of testing to gain enough confidence to play a day night test on foreign soil.
Australia have scheduled a day night test match at the Gabba against Sri Lanka in January instead.
