Cricket:
CWC Semi-Final: In second semi-final, England defeated Australia by 8 wickets to reach the World Cup Final for the first time since 1992. This was the first defeat for Australian side in a Semi-Final Stage of the World-Cup. Final to be played between England and NZ to choose the first time winner of World Cup.

Table Tennis:
India’s table tennis men’s doubles pair Saatiyan Nansen and Anthony Amalraj made history by beating the Korean pair 3-0 at the Australian Open as they become first male Indian pair to reach semis at an ITTF World Tour platinum event, later losing to the top-seeded pair in the semi-finals.

Floorball:
The Indian floorball team defeated Pakistan in the Men’s Asia Oceania Floorball Confederation Cup 2019. India earns the 7th place in the AOFC Cup 2019 after this victory.

Wrestling:
JUNIOR ASIAN WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP Women, Day3:
Anshu Malik(59 kg)-Gold
Anju(55 kg)-Bronze

Weightlifting:
National Champion Achinta Sheuli lifted a total of 305kgs (Snatch: 136kg+Clean and Jerk: 169kg) to win the men’s 73kg-Gold in both junior and senior-level at Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships.

Tennis:
Wimbledon: Women’s Final set as Romania’s Simona Halep will take on 23 times Grand Slam champion, Serena Williams at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Saturday.
This year’s Wimbledon final four have set the record for the oldest combined age of Grand Slam men’s singles semi-finalists in the Open era
Federer, Nadal, Djokovic and Bautista Agut together are 134 years 160 days
