Game of check and mate continued on Day-2 at DPGITM, Haryana. The 4day Haryana State senior Chess championship which is rated from Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE) or World Chess Federation saw interesting and heated match-ups on day2 of its 35th edition.
Hisar’s Puneet Indora, Faridabad’s Sahil Tiku and Samarth Mital, Rohatak’s Arun Rathi, Fatehbad’s Pramod Kumar, Bhadurgarh’s Uttam Prakash Sharma, Gurugram’s Aditya Dhingra and Sonipat’s Vaishant Kumar won all three of their matches on the day and are currently playing at 3-3 points each.
Gurugram’s Bharat Bhusan, Puneet Manchanda and Arthav Srivastav and Fatehabad’s Sahil Bhairo are lurking for top places at 2.5 points.
