Haldwani Shuttlers grabbed 5 titles

District’s shuttlers have showcased great sort of game in the Four Days oriented East Zone State Badminton Championship commenced in Bhubaneswar of Orrisa.
In the Singles category Dehradun’s badminton player has grabbed total 5 medals with 2 gold and 3 silver medals. Senior and Junior teams of the region finished the Badminton league with runner up tittle.
Uttrakhand State Badminton Association’s Secretary B.S Mankoti informed that the tournament was played in between 2 October to 5 October. In the Senior Doubles category matches Dhruv Rawat and Himanshu Tiwari clinched the silver medal, in the Mixed Doubles competition Mohit Tiwari and Smriti Nagarkoti grabbed the top spot and gold medal.
