Gymnastics and Hockey tournament from August

Gurugram, District level tournament of Gymnastic to be conducted at all district offices from 22nd to 23rd of August. Girls and boys will have different categories to participate in separately. After this, Girls Inter-state Gymnastic competition is to be held from 3rd to 5th October in Rohatak and Boys Inter State Gymnastics tournament will be held at Yamunanagar from 14 to 16th November.
Alongside Gymnastics, Major Dhyan Chand hockey tournament will also be held at all District level headquarters from 29th August on the birth date of Hockey wizard himself, Major Dhyanchand. 29th August is also celebrated as the National Sportsday in India. So a wise decision from Gurugram District to start a hockey tournament from that date.
