Gurugram locals honours Karate gold medal winners

Karate gold medalist from the Gurugram region were honoured by the locals of the region for establishing region’s name in Karate Championship held in Bengaluru. Region’s Karate player clinched total 12 medals in the event with 2 gold medals in various categories.
The National Karate Championship organised in the Kora Mangala Stadium of Bengaluru was played in between 11 and 13 August. Teams from the different states of the team marked their presence at the national level event.
Playing on behalf of Haryana, 8 players of Sai Karate Academy of Gurugram were the top performer of the Karate Championship. In 25 kg category, Krishna claimed 1 gold along with 1 bronze medal in the event. In 28kg weight category Mokshita clinched gold medal. In 52kg category Aradhna triggered Silver medal. In 67kg weight category Dhruv grabbed one silver and one bronze medal in the event. Talking about the other participants, Yashpreet bagged 2 bronze, in 38kg category Vidhanshi got 2 bronze, 49 kg category marked Naina with one silver and 41kg category formed bronze medal performance for Amritesh.
