GN Model School storms into finals

On the fifth-day of the 24th CBSE National Hockey Tournament-2018 was held at Guru Nanak Model Senior Secondary School, Doraha. In the U-19 girls’ section, SRVM, Haridwar, triumphed Velammal Vidyashram, Chennai, by 3-1. Daly College, Indore, won against Arya Girls Public School, Panipat, 2-1.
In the U-19 boys’ category, Guru Nanak Model Senior Secondary School, Doraha, defeated Som Convent Gurukul by 3-1. Dr Amrit Lal IMS, Varanasi, thrashed Gurukul The School, Ghaziabad, with a score line of 8-1.
In the U-17 girls’ section, Guru Nanak Model Senior Secondary School, Doraha, lost their match against Satchidananda Jyothi Nikethan International School, Kallar, by 1-0. Little Angels School, Sonipat, defeated General Raj’s School, New Delhi, with 8-0.
In the U-17 boys’ category, Sainik School Goal Para, Assam, thrashed GNModel School, Doraha, by 3-0.
