Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 20-B) defeated Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 18) in the inter-school volleyball tournament for U-19 girls today. The Sector 20 outfit posted a 25-22 25-13 win over the Sector 18 team.
Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 32) registered a come-from-behind 21-25 25-18 25-16 win over Government High School (Sector 50). Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 19) defeated Government Model Senior Secondary School (Dhanas) 25-12 25-17. In the boys’ U-19 category, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Collegiate Public School (Sector 26) defeated Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 23) 25-8 25-14.
DAV Senior Secondary School (Sector 8) beat Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 35) 25-19 25-23, while DAV Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 15) defeated Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 28) 25-19 25-23.
Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 33) posted a 25-20 26-24 win over Government Model Senior Secondary School (Mani Majra).

Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 32) defeated Ashiana School (Sector 46) 9-4 in the boys’ U-17 inter-school netball tournament. Government Model Senior Secondary School (Sector 20-D) beat Sri Aurobindo School (Sector 27) 12-8, and KB DAV School (Sector 7) defeated Mount Carmel School (Sector 47) 15-11.
DAV Public School (Sector 8) outplayed Ankur Public School (Sector 14) 11-2. In the girls’ U-17 category, Sacred Heart School (Sector 26) defeated Ashiana School (Sector 46) 9-3.

In the boys’ U-17 inter-school kabaddi tournament, Government High School (Sector 54) defeated Ashiana Public School (Sector 46) 41-17. In the second match, Government Model High School (Mani Majra) defeated Little Flower School (Mani Majra) 32-15.
St Xavier’s win in kho-kho
St Xavier’s Senior Secondary School (Sector 44) defeated CL Aggarwal DAV (Sector 7) by two points on the opening day of the 10th Luxmi Arya Memorial Kho-Kho Tournament (boys’) at MDAV School (Sector 22). Hosts MDAV School defeated Tender Heart School (Sector 33) by two points, while Sri Guru Gobind Singh Public School (Sector 35) registered a six-point win over Kids R Kids School (Sector 42). In the last match, Begumpura Accademy, Khuda Ali Sher, beat Dev Samaj School (Sector 21) by five points.
