Gauhati Sports Association announced its team for the forthcoming Junior Inter District Football Championship. The competition will kick off at Tihu from October 18. The squad: Devang Durlav Das, Rayush Mili (Goalkeeper), Raiful Hussain, Partha Pratim Saikia, Birjit Laisharam, Sourav Chakraborty, Kiron Hazowary, Ruwan Thoumung, Ray Rajkumar, Subhorno Kumar Boro (Defence), Ajit Thapa, Jyotirmoy Das, Manash Pratim Nath, Dipankar Hazarika, Martin Elahi (Mid Fielder), Abhinash Boro, Rudreswar Thapa, Karan Manik Choudhury, Altaf Ali and Sailendra Prasad (Forward). Head Coach: Rajkumar Singh. Assistant coach: Bitupan Sonowal.
