Five Women Boxers assure medals in Asian Boxing Championship

The Asian Boxing Championship is being held in Bangkok. 5 women boxers from India have qualified for the semi-finals thus assuring at least a bronze medal for the nation. 2 of them have come close to qualifying for the Youth Olympics to be held in Argentina next year. Anamika and Astha Pahwa are in the race for a spot in Argentina.
The women are competing in 5 categories- 47kgs, 51kgs, 57kgs and 75kgs.
