Faridabad’s Amisha Sharma to take part in World Softball Championship

16-year-old Amisha Sharma took up softball only 2 years back, but hard work and perseverance has taken the young girl to great heights. At the National Softball trials in Indore from 2nd February to 4th February, 2018, the 12th standard girl shone through to make it to the Indian team.
She will now represent the country at the World Championships in Philippines from 12th to 18th May, 2018. A cricket tragic, Sharma would be hoping to make a name in a completely different sport.
