DPS Khanna students dominates the golf event

More than 15 students from the Delhi Public School, Khanna, attended the one month long golf camp initiated by Chandigarh Golf Club. Students from different schools from the Punjab region participated in the event organized for especially for the students in between 5 and 18 years.
The host or the instructor of the camp was Manjit Kocchar, a certified golf instructor who hails from U.S. All the participants were introduced to the basic skills like chipping, putting, long and short irons, course management, important rules and other etiquette during the duration of the game.
The camp at end concluded with a championship organized amongst all the participants in which young golfers from the DPS showcased their dominance in all the important categories. Jaspal Singh Sidhu, the chairman of the Junior Golf Promotion event gave away the prizes to the position holders.
